Health, Dental & Vision
Full-time employees can opt into Medical and Vision insurance plans at company rates through Cigna, and Dental plans through Guardian. Options are also available for enrolling in supplemental life insurance, short- and long-term disability coverage, and group accident and critical illness coverage. The Employee Assistance Program is also offered through SERES.
Paid Time Off Program
Full-time SERES employees accrue paid time off throughout the calendar year, starting at 3 weeks vacation/sick time.
