Alex Lo, PE

President - Founder

Alex is a first-generation immigrant from Vietnam and the first of his family to graduate from college, earning a Geological Engineering degree from the University of Missouri-Rolla. Serving as the founder and president of Seres Engineering & Services, LLC (SERES), Alex has grown the company from a one-person firm in 2008 with a single U.S. Air Force subcontract, to a current staff of over 125 employees. SERES now holds prime contracts with Federal Agencies including U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, U.S. Army, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the General Service Administration.

Alex is a registered Professional Engineer and business owner who has over 30 years in the environmental engineering and consulting industry. He has extensive experience in environmental services for government installations and commercial industrial facilities.
