Courtney Ingersoll, PMP
Director of Business Development
Courtney has over 35 years of experience as an environmental program/project manager and senior scientist, providing support to Department of Defense (DoD), state, municipal, and commercial clients. Her expertise encompasses managing projects in environmental remediation, munitions response studies, environmental monitoring, environmental permitting, water quality, wastewater, hazardous waste, and regulatory compliance. At Seres Engineering & Services, LLC (SERES), she serves as the Director of Business Development responsible for the development and implementation of strategic business development plans; identification of new market opportunities and initiatives; collaboration with cross-functional teams aligning business development strategies with corporate goals and experience; and leading/mentoring staff with business development activities. Courtney is a registered Project Management Professional (PMP), and has a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Applied Physics from the State University of New York, College at Geneseo. She is an active member of the Society of American Military Engineers and is on Mobile Post Board of Directors in additional to being a member of the National Association of Ordnance Contractors.
Courtney is experienced implementing numerous projects at Federal facilities within CERCLA/RCRA guidance to include per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) assessments, groundwater remediation, and military munitions response. She is an experienced program manager, having managed several large multi-million dollar portfolios to include: a diverse U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) remediation, civil works and military construction portfolio; a U.S. Air Force (USAF) PFAS remediation portfolio; and a U.S. Army munitions response portfolio. In addition to her DoD project experience includes assignments with the USACE, USAF, U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Army National Guard, U.S. Coast Guard, as well as interaction with USEPA Regions 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 10 and state regulators. Courtney has been commended for her dedication, service, and technical expertise in supporting military installations while successfully managing and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams of environmental scientists, geologists, and engineers from a broad range of geographic locations for numerous concurrent Military Munitions Response Programs, PFAS investigations, and regulatory compliance assignments.
