Lilium-SERES Joint Venture (JV) awarded a Chemical Issuance and Waste Management contract serving the US EPA

The Lilium-SERES Joint Venture (JV) has recently been awarded a Chemical Issuance and Waste Management contract serving the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

Marking the first federal contract for the Lilium-SERES JV, this award highlights the team’s ability to deliver efficient, high-quality environmental management solutions as a trusted environmental partner to federal clients.

Charleston, South Carolina (March 24, 2026) – Lilium, LLC and Seres Engineering & Services, LLC (SERES) formed an 8(a) JV in 2023. Today, the JV announces a contract award of over $739k to perform hazardous and radioactive chemical receipt, storage, transportation and issuance for the contract terms of 1-year base with 4 option years.

The project scope includes technical support in the preparation of dangerous goods and hazardous material shipments by commercial carriers, including management oversight, transportation, and hazardous waste disposal.
